London Waltham College has a fair tuition fee refund policy.
If London Waltham College (LWC) decides not to run an advertised course on the due start date of the course or within a reasonable time after the commencement date of the course because of insufficient demand of the course, the affected student shall be eligible for a full refund under the terms & conditions of refund policy or any other related LWC documents.
When the LWC issues CAS letter to a student and if for some reasons the student decide not to apply for the visa or is unable to take up the place then the student must inform LWC within 28 days of the issuance of the CAS letter prior to commencement of the course will be eligible for the refund of fee.
All international students applying for the place at LWC will not be eligible for the refund if they are unable to take up the place because they have been refused a visa due to lake of funds (maintenance) or submission of fake documents or non-submission of the correct documentation.
Students who are unable to take up their place on their desirable course for which they have applied may apply to the college to have their tuition fee transferred to the next session within a maximum of two weeks of start of their current session. The LWC reserve the right to refuse a transfer, and may charge extra15% of the course fee.
Once letters are issued confirming full-time status of student no refunds or course transfer is permissible other than, in the instance of VISA refusal from the overseas territory.
The discretionary refund will only be granted to students who are unable to start the course due to the circumstances beyond their control. Registration fee will be non-refundable in all cases.
All refund applications must be made on the LWC Refund Application Form.
